Mediator	2003 - Present
Appointed by Circuit Courts in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Frederick County, Montgomery County and Howard County to mediate business, contract, real estate, worker’s compensation, estate and tort/insurance matters. Appointed by the EEOC to mediate workplace/employment disputes. Proficiency in early neutral evaluation, complex cases, impasse handling, caucus techniques and consensus building. Successfully mediated court ordered mediations where attorneys were denied court waiver. Retained to handle post mediation negotiations and completion of settlement agreements. MPME member and MICPEL trained. Appointed by Baltimore City and Howard and Baltimore Counties to mentor new mediators. Appointed by Baltimore City Circuit Court to handle settlement conferences on its behalf.

Handle variety of disputes involving commercial, consumer, and corporate matters. Specialty in appellate work before the Court of Appeals and Court of Special Appeals.
